FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. iron888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. iron888 endeavours to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. iron888 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.

In the case of system or technical errors affecting live game outcomes, iron888 will apply its error resolution policy as set out in the relevant product rules.
All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Cancelled, postponed, or abandoned sporting events are settled in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. For live casino games, the outcome recorded by iron888's live casino provider's system at the time of round completion is final and binding.

iron888 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. iron888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data in connection with your iron888 Account is governed by iron888's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
